BIG IDEA: Encourage your church to host a Faith in Action Sunday.
It’s not like missing one more sermon is going to make a difference, right?
In fact, each person’s Spiritual ROI (return on investment) could be
dramatically bumped up with this everyone-involved experience when
“The Church Has Left the Building.”

Faith in Action is a four-week, church-wide campaign that creates an
outward focus and a heart to serve in your congregation. FIA culminates
in a Sunday where regular services are cancelled, and the entire
congregation engages in service projects in and with the community.

SMALL IDEA: Lukewarm Drinks

At your next small group meeting or when you host your “Documentary
Dessert” (see Day 29), serve your beverages lukewarm.
Prepare labels to affix on paper drink cups with this Scripture:

Caution! This Beverage Is Lukewarm!

"I know you inside and out, and find little to my liking. You're not cold,
you're not hot—far better to be either cold or hot! You're stale. You're
stagnant. You make me want to vomit. You brag, 'I'm rich, I've got it made,
I need nothing from anyone,' oblivious that in fact you're a pitiful, blind
beggar, threadbare and homeless.” (Revelation 3:15-17, The Message)
